When a role emoji is changed, remove the previous one from the message.

When you change a field, or class' react-role emoji, the new emoji is added to the message, however, the old one isn't removed.

This is annoying for moderators to remove, could be confusing for users, and creates clutter.

ALSO
I don't know if this is possible, but it would be amazing if existing reactions to the old emoji, could be transferred (changed) to the new emoji. This would also erase the need to specifically remove the previous emoji (assuming you can literally just change the emoji, instead of just copying the users).
